Four questions to ask yourself.
Have I talked to a clinician?
Peptides interact with hormones, blood sugar and the nervous system. A 15-minute call with a doctor who knows your history is worth it.
What's my baseline?
Weight, waist, bloods, sleep quality. You can't tell if a protocol is working without something to compare against.
Are my basics in place?
Peptides stack on top of nutrition, training, and sleep — not in place of them. A weight-loss peptide won't outrun a consistently poor diet.
What will I measure?
Pick two or three metrics at the start. Re-measure at 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Decide whether to continue or adjust based on data, not vibes.
