NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme — not strictly a peptide, but commonly grouped with peptide therapies because it's typically delivered by injection or IV. It's a substrate for sirtuins, PARPs, and CD38, and a hydrogen carrier in mitochondrial electron transport. Cellular NAD+ declines with age, which is the rationale for direct supplementation.
