How shipping works
We dispatch the next working day after payment is confirmed. Stitch and card payments confirm instantly; manual EFT clears within one business day on most banks. Once the parcel is on the road, you receive a courier tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
All parcels go in plain, neutral outer packaging with no peptide branding on the outside. The invoice and product card travel inside the box.
Returns & replacements
Because these are health products, we are unable to accept returns of opened vials, pens or supplements. If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Cold-chain items (where applicable) are packed with insulation. If you suspect a temperature breach, do not use the product — contact us and we'll replace it.
International shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. We are not able to export peptides outside the country.
